Shipping international tends to take a bit longer to arrive. Please contact us if you have not recieved your order.
If you have a problem recieving your order when ordering from overseas, ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST before filing a paypal complaint. When shipping overseas, packages are always delayed and can take longer to arrive to you than they are scheduled due to different countrys customs procedures. We will make every effort in getting the package to you if it has been lost or stolen. If you have not recieved your packages within 2 weeks after placing your order, please contact us first. Returns will only be accepted once you contact us stating which CD or DVD is defective, and after you return the item to us. A replacement will be issued ONLY. Unless we no longer carry the product, we ill issue a full refund. We will also refund the order if the package has NOT been opened or damaged.
